Sam Rezazadeh

Sam Rezazadeh is the founder and driving force behind Sirus Construction and Management. An immigrant entrepreneur, Sam established the company in 2009 with a vision to deliver exceptional construction and property management services to Central Ohio.

Sam's company specializes in commercial and residential service, including new construction (design and build), renovation, repair, and maintenance. With over 14 years of experience, Sam has built a reputation for personal accountability — every project is personally inspected and approved by Sam himself.

Sirus Construction is fully licensed, insured, bonded, and EPA Tech Certified, serving property owners, property managers, and businesses throughout Central Ohio.

Beyond construction, Sam is deeply committed to community development through annual outreach, scholarship programs, and charitable sponsorships including Miami University Hamilton and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
